It is an authentic powerlifting competition style design with two prominent logos on each side. These durable cast-iron plates are designed for powerlifting training and meet. Each disc is cut thin to allow for max loading capacity and colour coated for easy identification from a distance. 

Considering the mainstream sleeve length of power bars, these thin steel plates have an average maximum loading weight of 700KG. 

To achieve the highest weight precision, we strive to use the highest industry standard and focus on each manufacturing process. 

First of all, use high fluidity iron melt to cast each plate while strictly control and precisely measure the steel ratio. After the casting process, the precision of plates is continuously monitored and adjusted by numerical controlled machining tools. 

In the end, the painting process is handled carefully by extremely experienced teams to apply the high-quality coating.

All discs weigh within 10 grams of their rated value, which is a higher accuracy than the 0.25% IPF standard.
