Refund Policy
Hansu Power Fitness strives to ensure our customers' online purchases experience. Prior to purchase, we advise you to ensure all orders are reviewed accordingly and carefully, including product details, order quantities and availability.
Hansu Power Fitness will offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery of the purchased goods.
The following conditions are to be fulfilled for you to qualified for a refund.
- A 24 hours notice must be provided before the return of the item/s.
- Proof of purchase must be provided for eligibility.
- The purchased items and their packaging must be under original condition, which means they must be in unused, new condition as it was at the time of purchase.
- Should the item/s be returned damaged or missing parts, they are not eligible for a refund.
- The purchased items must be returned to us in all of their original packaging, which includes user manuals, bolts, and packaging material at your own expense –
- We do not cover return freight. We recommend you use a shipping method with a tracking service so you can track your shipment.
- We will process the refund credit after receiving them at our warehouse, not when they are sent.
- The return date must be within the 14 days; sufficient time must be made for the item to be returned to us – this includes travel time.
- Order shipping and handling fees/charges are non-refundable.
- Faulty/used goods purchased where the buyer has been made aware is not eligible for refund
- Hansu Power reserves the right to reject a claim for a refund.
